Rules and Conditions of Stay
Check-in / Check-out Time
- Check-in Time: From 03:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out Time: No later than 12:00 PM (12:00 PM).
- For late check-out, Subject to room availability and an additional fee will apply. To ensure availability, we kindly ask that late check-out at least one day in advance.
- For check-out after 03:00 PM, please inform the staff in advance. An additional fee may apply based on the accommodation’s terms and conditions.
Smoking and Narcotics
- Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes (vaping), shisha, and cannabis is strictly prohibited.
- Violation may result in an additional cleaning or penalty fee.
Pet Policy
- Pets of all types are not allowed inside the accommodation.
- This is for the cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of all guests.
Additional Charges
- A third person staying in the room, regardless of whether an extra bed is used or not, will be
Extra Bed Charge 1,200 bath Per Room, Per Night
- A third person under 12 years old sharing existing bedding with parents will not be charged.
Pre-stay Deposit Requirements
- All Bookings: A deposit of 100% of the total room fee is required.
- All Room Types: 3,000 Baht deposit for incidentals.
Cancellation Policy
- The booking deposit is non-refundable as the room rate is a special price.
- Cancellations or no-shows on the check-in date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the advance deposit paid, and no refund will be issued to the customer.
***** Important Information *****
- The hotel will only receive the net pre-stay deposit amount. It does not include transfer fees or other payment charges (Credit-Debit Card fee 3%). The customer must be responsible for all bank transfer fees or any other payment charges.
Conditions for cancellation, change of check-in date, and refund:
- The booking deposit is non-refundable as the room rate is a special price.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled directly with the hotel, but changes to the time of stay, availability and availability are possible. Please notify the hotel at least 7 days in advance of the check-in date.
- Cancellation of reservation or no-show on the day of check-in will result in a 100% non-refundable deposit.
- Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge if they notify us at least 7 days before their check-in date.
- If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% (50%) of the total room rate.
- If you do not show up on the specified date without prior notification (No Show), the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total room rate of the reservation.
- Changing the check-in date is possible, subject to room availability on the new date of change.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge a change fee as appropriate in each case.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-14 business days after the hotel receives your written cancellation request.
- Refunds will be made only through the same channel through which the customer paid.
- Transfer fees or credit card fees (if any) are the responsibility of the booker.
- Bookings made during festival periods such as New Year, Songkran, or special long holidays are non-refundable in any case.
- The hotel reserves the right not to accept changes or cancellations during this period.
- If you are unable to stay due to circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, or government emergencies, the hotel will consider a partial refund or allow you to postpone your stay without charge, as appropriate.
Rules for using the hotel swimming pool
Pool opening and closing times
- Open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Swimming is prohibited outside of business hours for safety reasons. If the property finds any violation of these prohibitions, such as swimming or making loud noises at night, the property reserves the right to notify the police and fine each person 1,000 baht.
Dress
- Users must wear appropriate swimwear.
- Do not wear plain clothes/jeans in the pool.
Hygiene
- Please wash yourself before getting in the pool.
- Do not enter the pool if you have open wounds or contagious skin diseases.
- Small children must wear swim diapers.
Safety
- No running around the pool, jumping, or pushing each other.
- Do not bring glasses or fragile items into the pool area.
- Do not bring food and drinks into the pool.
- Do not drink alcohol and then go swimming.
Children and those requiring special care
- Children under 12 years of age must be closely supervised by a parent.
- The hotel is not responsible for accidents resulting from violation of the rules.
General requirements
- Please keep the hotel clean and property.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse use of the pool if the user does not comply with the rules.
